THE STATEMENT EARRING
These floral embellished statement earrings by Mercedes Salazar are so festive and also lightweight! They remind me of the gorgeous three-dimensional earrings that walked down the Delpozo Spring 2017 show.
DRESS + SNEAKER COMBO
Embellishment was all over the runways for spring, from Gucci to Valentino and beyond. These espadrilles from Asos are to die for and also super affordable!
Alexander McQueen incorporated beautiful embroidery across the entire collection for Spring 17. This embroidered poplin top from Zara is perfect for wearing over skinny jeans.
Many designers including Marques’ Almeida included frayed textures in their shows. MiH makes a great pair of very wearable, stonewashed frayed skinnies that I plan on adding to my collection for spring!
BLUSH PINK ACCESSORIES
Chloé used the most perfect shade of blush pink in several pieces on the Spring runway. The pink leather Mini Lady Bag by Mansur Gavriel is so chic and comes in this season’s most sought after color!
Femininity ruled the spring runways, especially at Delpozo. This cropped ruffle top by Shakuhachi will be adorable with a pair of high wasted white jeans.
THE MICRO BAG
The micro-sized runway bags at Chloé and Valentino certainly won’t fit your iPhone, but they are cute! ZAC by Zac Posen has updated his iconic Eartha bag in this charming mini version for the season.
Gucci has made the mule one of the most coveted shoes this year. Throw these on with jeans and a white button down and you will be the best dressed at brunch.
Jil Sander really played up pleats for spring, dressing models head to toe in the look. One of my favorite newer designers, MDS Stripes, makes the sweetest pleated skirt that I plan to live in this spring!
