Is it just me or did you binge-watch Mari Kondo‘s show on Netflix, Tidying Up, and immediately want to purge your entire closet/house? This show combined with the New Year has got me seriously thinking about how to curate a wardrobe that I feel good about wearing. Essentials are key (I may even play with the idea of a wardrobe capsule soon) but I also like to leave room for the unexpected pieces that once seen, I can’t live without. For now, I am editing my wardrobe to see what pieces I am lacking. Sharing a few key items that will tie together some of the outfits that already exist in my wardrobe. Here’s what I’m buying in January.
1. Belmont Mockneck Sweater in Coziest Yarn by Madewell
2. Wedgie Icon Fit High Waist Ankle Jeans by Levis
3. The Day Boot by Everlane
4. Laos Robe by Mirth Caftan
5. Mama Heart Necklace by A Little Bundle x Anvil & Aura
