Blenders and Bowls was founded by two best friends, Erin and Kara, after moving from Hawaii to Austin. They realized Acai, the Brazilian superfood, was missing from the Austin scene and opened a food truck to test the market. Soon after, they opened their first brick and mortar and have since opened a second location, with a third location on the way. Read more on Blenders and Bowls here.
